Join Kelly Gant for an afternoon of self-care. The class will focus on Yin, a style of Yoga that includes stretches with long holds to open up the connective tissue. Kelly will introduce the ancient art of reflexology and how the healing benefits in the body. Kelly will provide tools to take home for a self-care practice. Tea and light snacks will be served.
Kelly Gant has been teaching body movement and reflexology for 14 years. She designs her classes with each individual student in mind and encourages students to listen to their bodies own wisdom.

Opening night ceremony will include an into to the 8 limbs of Yoga, gentle restorative practice, and tea. The evening will conclude with a Yoga Nidra for deep relaxation.
Saturday: 10 - 3
A slow flow yoga class weaving philosophy from the Yoga Sutras. Delicious vegetarian lunch will be served followed by desert and discussion.
We will meet at Cabrini Shrine and have a Closing ceremony including a short energizing practice, silent meditation walk and discussion.
