Join Jessie Collins for an afternoon of self-care. The class will focus on Yin, a style of Yoga that includes stretches with long holds to open up the connective tissue. Jessie will share tools that have helped her and many others become more grounded, calm and happy. Tea and light snacks will be served.
Through Yoga, Jessie learned to practice self compassion as well as find relief from her own struggles with anxiety.
