An intermediate class that includes an opening meditation, sun salutations, standing postures, and inversions. Essential Oils and postures for relaxation are included.
This class is appropriate for students that want to deepen their practice and understanding of traditional yoga. Influenced by the classical form of Hatha Yoga as taught from the Bihar School of India. The class includes Asana (posture), Pranayama (breathing practices), and Yoga Nidra meditation.
Gentle Yoga includes postures that are accessible to all bodies and offers plenty of modifications and variations. The focus is on strengthening, improving posture and balance. The class ends with Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation practice that induces deep relaxation.
Yin Yoga works on the connective tissues, ligaments, joints and deep fascial networks. This practice focuses primarily on deep stretching, breathing and relaxation.
This gentle yoga class includes gentle stretching and an extended Yoga Nidra meditation practice. Yoga Nidra means psychic sleep and helps the body drop into deep states of relaxation where the nervous system is balanced and healing happens.
Pre/Postnatal Yoga is a wonderful class to come and bond with your baby. Poses to help strengthen the prepare the body and mind for labor and delivery will be practiced. Poses to help the postpartum body recover will be offered once the baby is born. Babies are welcome to return with mama for as long as comfortable.
A fun and playful class for postpartum Moms. Dads, babies and toddlers are also welcome!
Family Yoga is a combination of strengthening and relaxation for the care giver. The children's portion of class includes songs, movement, yoga, gross motor skills, and social skills.
A fun and creative dance and yoga class! This class will introduce simple ballet technique, creative movement, yoga, music and games. This is a drop off class for ages 5 and up.
We have kept our online prices the same to help sustain the business during this time. If this is prohibitive please reach out and we are happy to work something out.

2 x week = $11.25 per class
3 x week = $7.50 per class
