We are so excited for Jessie Collins to join the Sweet Side Yoga community as a Yoga instructor. She began her yoga practice in 2014 and it quickly became an integral part of her life. Through Yoga, Jessie has developed a healthy relationship with her body and learned how to practice self compassion. She completed her 200hr training with Tina Clay and Christina Rairdan of Bend Yoga. "My mission is to meet students where they are by offering a supportive, judgement-free environment where they're able to explore and grow. I approach my classes with a playful spirit and encourage my students to do the same. Incorporating music and creative sequencing with a healthy dose of mindfulness and self-reflection, I hope to create a positive experience that allows students to let their lights shine."
Hello lovely souls, my name is Caroline. I recently got back from spectacular Costa Rica and Panama, where I worked at a spa right along the ocean. I graduated from an intensive 900 hour massage program in beautiful Denver, Colorado in 2019. I was exposed to many different modalities and skills that I incorporate into my massages. The main goal is to provide an individualized experience based on what the body needs. The work that I offer is an integration of Swedish massage to promote relaxation and circulation of blood flow, deep tissue massage to release and separate tight muscles, neuromuscular therapy massage which focuses on releasing pain patterns in the body, as well as joint range of motion to improve synovial fluid and increased space in the joints.
