We are so excited for Jessie Collins to join the Sweet Side Yoga community as a Yoga instructor. She began her yoga practice in 2014, It quickly became an integral part of her life. Through Yoga, Jessie has developed a healthy relationship with her body and learned how to practice self compassion. She completed her 200hr training with Tina Clay and Christina Rairdan of Bend Yoga. "My mission is to meet students where they are by offering a supportive, judgement-free environment where they're able to explore and grow. I approach my classes with a playful spirit and encourage my students to do the same. Incorporating music and creative sequencing with a healthy dose of mindfulness and self-reflection, I hope to create a positive experience that allows students to let their lights shine."
