An intermediate class that includes an opening meditation, sun salutations, standing postures and inversions.
Gentle Yoga includes postures that are accessible to all bodies. The focus is on strengthening, improving posture and balance. The class ends with Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation practice that induces deep relaxation.
Yin Yoga works on the connective tissues, ligaments, joints and deep fascial networks. This practice focuses primarily on deep stretching, breathing and relaxation.
This gentle yoga class includes restorative postures and an extended Yoga Nidra meditation practice. Yoga Nidra means psychic sleep and helps the body drop into deep states of relaxation where the nervous system is balanced and healing happens.
This class invites both prenatal and postnatal moms! Babies, toddlers & children are invited to attend as long as mom wants to bring them! Each class is catered to who is there.
Classical Yoga is a well rounded class that includes Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Mudra, Bandha Yoga Psychology and Yoga Philosophy.
Amy Rose Stabley, ERYT 500, CNA, has been teaching Yoga for over 10 years and practicing for over 20 years. She has studied and taught all over the world including India, New Zealand and Australia. Amy Rose taught meditation, gentle yoga, restorative yoga, pre/post natal yoga, and assisted teacher trainings at Yoga Works in Los Angeles for over 8 years. One of Amy's greatest honors was sharing Yoga at the Cancer Support Community in Los Angeles for over 5 years. Amy Rose is the founder of GOGI Yoga, (Getting Out by Going In) which empowers incarcerated individuals to be GOGI Yoga instructors.

Lee Wolfort has been teaching yoga for 12 years. She is a YogaWorks® Certified E-RYT 500-hour instructor, having additional certifications in Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Urban Zen Integrative Therapy, Reiki Level 2 and Anatomy. Lee specializes in mindful, alignment-based flow classes, Yin, Urban Zen, Restoratives, Injury Management and Meditation, including the deep practice of Yoga Nidra. She gently encourages students to slow down and experience their internal journey as well as the physical practice and subtler aspects of the energy body. Lee teaches classes and workshops at various YogaWorks® locations in Los Angeles as well as corporate and private clients. When she isn’t teaching yoga, Lee is an award-winning graphic designer.
Romy Phillips, MFA, E-RYT 500, C-IAYT, has been teaching yoga since 2001, first in Los Angeles and more recently in Maryland. She is the author of “Yoga Forma: A Visual Resource Guide for the Spine and Lower Back,”
In addition, she leads workshops, trainings and retreats in the US and Asia. Romy has been leading teacher trainings for YogaWorks since 2012 in Japan, China, and Vietnam. She also holds workshops and intensives at First Ship Yoga School in Tokyo. Romy is an avid Ashtanga practitioner, meditation instructor and yoga
therapist.
Jessie Collins began her yoga practice in 2014 and it quickly became an integral part of her life. Through Yoga, Jessie has developed a healthy relationship with her body and learned how to practice self compassion. She completed her 200hr training with Tina Clay and Christina Rairdan of Bend Yoga. "My mission is to meet students where they are by offering a supportive, judgement-free environment where they're able to explore and grow. I approach my classes with a playful spirit and encourage my students to do the same. Incorporating music and creative sequencing with a healthy dose of mindfulness and self-reflection, I hope to create a positive experience that allows students to let their lights shine."
