"My mission is to meet students where they are by offering a supportive, judgement-free environment where they're able to explore and grow.  I approach my classes with a playful spirit and encourage my students to do the same.  Incorporating music and creative sequencing with a healthy dose of mindfulness and self-reflection, I hope to create a positive experience that allows students to let their lights shine."
